Agents of the Goldsboro-Wayne County Drug Squad seized more than 25 pounds of marijuana from a home on Graham Street Wednesday and added one more to the list of alleged drug dealers charged this week.
The squad raided a home at 220 Graham St. and found a large quantity of marijuana. Jerryse Ramone Mitchell, 24, was arrested for trafficking in marijuana by possessing more than 10 pounds, but less than 50 pounds, said Lt. Tom Effler, the drug squad's co-commander.
The marijuana had an estimated street value of more than $60,000.
No money was seized. Mitchell was placed in the Wayne County Jail under $20,000 bond. The Wilson Police Department assisted in the investigation.
The arrest made by the drug squad comes on the heels of 10 others charged after a drug raid Tuesday on Elm Street and another raid on Center Street last week.
