Duplin kindergarten sign-ups March 16

Kindergarten and pre-kindergarten registration for the Duplin County Schools will be held Friday, March 16.
Registration will be held at each elementary school in the county, beginning at 8:30 a.m.
To enroll, students must be 5 years old on or before Oct. 16, 2007. In order to apply for pre-kindergarten, students must be 4 years old on or before Oct. 16, 2007. All students must have a certified birth certificate, Social Security number, 911 address and proof of residence (such as electric bill or water bill), a health assessment and an up-to-date immunization record.
Students who are currently enrolled in kindergarten or pre-kindergarten will not attend classes on March 16.
