DUDLEY -- Three people were rushed to the hospital this morning after they were injured in a head-on collision on Arrington Bridge Road near Sleepy Creek Road.
A late model white Buick Riviera and a late model white convertible Mitsubishi Eclipse collided head-on on the two-lane stretch, trapping one of the drivers inside. Both cars sustained significant front-end damage.
"We had to cut the door off of the Riveria to get the lady out," Indian Springs Assistant Fire Chief Phil Shivar said.
