Community Affairs Office seeks award nominations

The city of Goldsboro Community Affairs Office is accepting nominations for the city and Wayne County's individual, civic organization and business-industry awards. The deadline for nominations is Jan. 30. For information, call the Community Affairs office at 580-4359.
The office, along with the county, will hold its annual Human Relations Prayer Breakfast on Feb. 7 at 8 a.m. at Ray of Hope Church at 1331 W. New Hope Road. The Rev. Edward Tatum of Ray of Hope will speak.
