Sutton was arrested Jan. 3. However, Nenni could not be located initially, Raecher said. His name was place in the National Crime Information Center, Raecher said, and he was arrested Wednesday and charged .

Sutton was placed under $5,000 bond and Nenni was placed on a $35,000 bond.

Wayne County Sheriff's Detective Sgt. Rick Farfour is the lead investigator on the case.
