Goldsboro police Officer Wayne Cannucci lends a helping hand to Beth Bucio on Saturday morning at Wal-Mart. The officer is helping one of 42 children at the annual Shop with an Officer program that is sponsored by the Wayne County Fraternal Order of Police. The program was started in 1992.
