Exceptional student forum to be held at Wesleyan college on Wednesday

Parents of exceptional children are invited to a free forum being held on the Goldsboro campus of North Carolina Wesleyan College on Wednesday.
"Help Me, Please! A Child's Cry for Parent Advocacy" is the title of the program, which is being hosted by Dr. Patricia Brewer, he coordinator of special education for Wesleyan College.
The emphasis of the forum will be on educating parents on the best way to advocate for their child.
Two keynote speakers will be featured and there will be mini workshops, a time for fellowship and light refreshments.
Registration begins at 6:30 p.m. and the program starts at 7.
