Investigations
Wayne County sheriff's deputies are investigating these reports:
*Deputies made two more arrests in connection with a break-in in the Rosewood community. A 13-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl were charged with breaking and entering and damage to real property. This was the third arrest made in relation to a theft of more than $5,790 in property. Some of the property had since been recovered. The teens were released to the custody of their parents.
Goldsboro police are investigating these reports:
*Jordan Ashby reported that someone pushed him against him vehicle while in the parking lot of a business at 806 E. Ash St., and stole a wallet from his pocket about 12:45 p.m. Tuesday. The wallet contained $80, ID and credit cards. The 80-year-old victim was not injured.
*William Hyden reported that someone robbed him at gunpoint at his apartment complex at 113 Fallin Blvd., about 10 p.m. Tuesday. The suspect stole his wallet that contained $1, ID, an ATM card and a military credit card.
