Sheila West McLean of Warsaw feeds Dakota, one of two wild mustangs she and her husband, Jim, adopted through the federal Bureau of Land Management's Wild Horse and Burro Program in Kenansville on November 4. Dakota and her buddy, Cheyenne, are still getting used to their new "herd."
