An entry that appeared in the public record on Sunday regarding Jason Burroughs, 25, of Crossbow Drive, Pikeville, was incorrect.
The case was disposed of in October 2005.

An entry in Friday's public record should have stated Russell Lee Hubbell, 48, of Big Daddy Road, Pikeville, was charged with simple assault. He was not charged with failure to appear in court.
