*Quinton Atkinson, 20, N. Madison Avenue, possession with the intent to sell and distribute marijuana and habitual felon, sentenced 60 to 81 months Department of Corrections.
*Warren Hoggard, 33, Vance Drive, driving while impaired and assault on a government official, sentenced 24 months, 36 months probation, $600 fine, 96 hours community service.
*Sharon Clay, 32, Pender Lane, Wilson, misdemeanor larceny, 45 days suspended, 24 months probation, $50 fine.
*Richard Smith, 22, Smith Logging Road, two counts of felony breaking and entering, sentenced six to eight months.
*LaShonna Reese, 21, N. Georgia Avenue, two counts of felony breaking and entering, sentenced eight to 10 months, 24 months probation.
*Lee Britt, 40, S. Andrews Avenue, operating a motor vehicle to flee or elude and driving while impaired, sentenced six to eight months Department of Corrections, 36 months probation, $600 fine, 96 hours community service.
*Bobby Artis, 16, N.C. 222 East, misdemeanor larceny and breaking and entering, 45 days suspended, 24 months probation, 50 hours community service.
*Johnathan Brooks, 19, Dollar Town Road, felony receiving stolen goods, sentenced eight to 10 months, 36 months probation.
