Customer Service Seminar

The Business and Industry Center of Wayne Community College will offer the free seminar "Superior Customer Service" on Nov. 16 from 6 to 9 p.m. in Room 101 of the Walnut Building. Call 735-5151, ext. 334 by November 14 to pre-register.
The seminar, presented by Thomas Patrick, is intended to empower sales people through motivational information and resources. Participant will learn how to build a bridge between their business and customers, restore trust and confidence, and make customers loyal to them, their businesses and their products.
