Water off on Spruce, Denmark so crews can repair water lines

Goldsboro officials said some residents on Spruce and Denmark streets can expect interruption of their water service early this week so that crews can repair water valves in the area.
Monday, homes on the 400, 500 and 600 blocks of Spruce Street and the 300 block of Denmark Street will experience outages between 8 a.m. and noon.
Keeping this information in mind, residents should make necessary arrangements to avoid further inconvenience, city officials said.
In the event of rain, the work will be completed Tuesday.
