Brig. Gen. Blair E. Hanson, left, leads Col. Mike Holmes and Col. Steven L. Kwast to the change of command ceremony on Seymour Johnson Air Force Base today. Col. Holmes has been reassigned to a position in the Pentagon and Col. Kwast is the new 4th Fighter Wing commander.
