Flooding worries - Runoff from storm makes its way downriver

North Carolina Department of Transportation workers, from left, Freddy Narron and Kenneth Strickland, move a high water sign to close Ferry Bridge Road because of high water this morning. NCDOT officials said motorists should observe the signs and not drive around the barricades to remain safe.
