*Eugene McIntyre, 23, Devonshire Drive, misdemeanor assault on a female, 32 days active, 60 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 200 hours community service, $1,000 fine and costs.
*Maurice Staton, 27, N.C. 58 North, Snow Hill, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, six to eight months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), 50 hours community service, lawyer's fee to be determined, $750 fine and costs.
*Kenneth Earl Renn Jr., 33, Stoney Creek Church Road, misdemeanor attempt to obtain controlled substance with illegal prescription, 45 days suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, $250 fine and costs.
*Timothy Scott Howard, 22, East Main Street, Mount Olive, driving while license revoked, 45 days suspended, 18 months supervised probation, lawyer's fee to be determined, $200 fine and costs.
