*Demetrius Montray Kornegay, 22, Devereaux Street, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and sale of cocaine, eight to 10 months; sale of cocaine, 16 to 20 months.
*Montrail O. Davis, 29, Hinson Street, possession of stolen goods (two counts), 15 to 18 months.
*Devaris Middleton, 31, Taylor Street, possession of cocaine and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, 10 to 12 months.
*Cleveland Lavon Ward, 28, Belfast Avenue, maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of keeping or selling drugs and possession of stolen goods, nine to 11 months.
*William Alston, 23, Mebane, breaking and entering of a vehicle, four to five months; breaking and entering of a vehicle, four to five months.
*Decondros Lee McLean, 20, Central Heights Road, breaking and entering of a vehicle (three counts), 69 days active, six to eight months suspended, 18 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), 100 hours community service, $153 restitution, lawyer's fee to be determined, $500 fine and costs; possession of cocaine, six to eight months suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 150 hours community service, $500 fine and costs.
*Casey Brandon Smith, 22, North Beston Road, LaGrange, indecent liberties with a minor, 60 days active, 14 to 17 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, 150 hours community service, $500 fine and costs.
*Marco Emmanuel Kelly, 25, Maple Street, Mount Olive, driving while license revoked, 45 days.
*Georgio Joseph Rossi, 18, Friendswood Drive, breaking and entering, nine days active, six to eight months suspended, 36 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), 100 hours community service, $2,125 restitution, $500 fine and costs.
*Dedrian Derrel Franklin, 21, Best Avenue, shoplifting, three days active, 15 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $144.94 restitution, $250 fine and costs.
*Valerie Denise Jenkins, 42, Devereaux Street, possession of cocaine, four to five months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), lawyer's fee to be determined, $500 fine and costs.
*Tony Ezzell, 45, Arrington Bridge Road, possession of cocaine, four to five months suspended, 18 months supervised probation, lawyer's fee to be determined, $250 fine and costs.
*Linda Trevathan Hawley, 44, Parkwood Drive, maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of keeping and selling marijuana, five to six months suspended, 18 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $250 fine and costs.
*Beverly Banks, 44, West Old Fort Road, Pikeville, misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, lawyer's fee to be determined and costs.
*Ralph Carter, 53, Wilson, no operator's license, 45 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $250 fine and costs.
