*Duncan Eric Jackson, 48, Goldsboro, fleeing to elude arrest and possession of stolen goods, 51 days active, six to eight months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $5,163 restitution, $300 fine and costs.
*Gerquan Alexander Brewington, 21, Lincoln Drive, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and misdemeanor possession of stolen goods, 45 days active, 15 to 18 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $2,570 restitution, $585 lawyers' fees, $300 fine and costs.
*William Kwame Baptiste, 30, East Mulberry Street, driving while license revoked, 30 days active, 45 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $300 fine and costs.
*Andre D. Weeks, 22, East Mulberry Street, misdemeanor assault, two days active, 45 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, $186.50 restitution, $325 lawyer's fee, $300 fine and costs.
*Lakisha Shantel Young, 24, Courtyard Circle, misdemeanor maintaining a vehicle for the purpose of selling or keeping controlled substance, one day active, 45 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $200 fine and costs.
*Major Earl Edwards, 39, Emmaus Church Road, Dudley, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, six to eight months suspended, 36 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), 50 hours community service, $344.50 lawyer's fee, $300 fine and costs.
