Schools dismiss early Wednesday

Students in the Wayne County Public Schools will be dismissed early on Wednesday, May 3, in order for teachers to attend staff development workshops. This is one of 10 days set aside in the school calendar for student early dismissal.
Additional minutes have been added to the school day to make up the time missed on the early dismissal days. Dismissal times will range from 12:15 to 1:35 p.m. Questions regarding specific dismissal times for each school should be directed to the individual student's school.
