Mayor's disability walk

The 10th Annual Hal Plonk Disability Awareness Walk, sponsored by the Goldsboro's Mayor's Committee Persons with Disabilities will be held May 11.
The five-block walk will line up at 9:45 a.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church, at 204 E. Chestnut St. The walk begins at 10 a.m.
Goldsboro Middle School Band will play during the walk. Also, there will be booths, refreshments, clowns, balloons and an Enterpretative Dance Ensemble. Parking lot is across from the Police Station.
All interested people and organizations should register by May 4 by calling 731-4315.
