*David Jacob Lambert, 20, Daw Pate Road, financial transaction card theft, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and possession of burglary tools, 120 days active, 15 to 18 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $1,681.46 restitution, $520 lawyer's fee, $300 fine and costs; misdemeanor possession of stolen goods, 45 days.
*Hattie Lynette Darden, 25, North Center Street, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, 30 days active, eight to 10 months suspended, $300 fine and costs.
*James Tyler Howell, 17, Talton Road, Princeton, possession of stolen goods, six to eight months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, $1,130 restitution, $260 lawyer's fee, $300 fine and costs; possession of stolen goods, six to eight months suspended and 36 months supervised probation.
*Elliot Parker Bryant, 24, West Seymour Drive, uttering, six to eight months suspended, 36 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), 50 hours community service, $660 restitution, $552.50 lawyer's fee, $300 fine and costs; uttering (two counts), six to eight months suspended and 36 months supervised probation; uttering (five counts), six to eight months suspended and 36 months supervised probation.
*Trasond Javoy Gerald, 20, Edgerton Street, possession of a controlled substance in a jail, eight to 10 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $300 fine and costs.
*Paul Stewart Brogden, 41, East Mulberry Street, speeding, $25 fine and costs.
