*Deonte Marquel Artis, 18, Quail Drive, breaking and entering and possession of a stolen firearm, six to eight months.
*Terrance Davis, 19, Brady Place, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and breaking and entering, six months active, 23 to 37 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $1,022,31 restitution, $300 fine and costs.
*Jerome Wooten, 44, Pate Circle, possession of cocaine, four to five months.
*Mario Lamont McPherson, 33, Courtyard Circle, breaking and entering, 90 days active, eight to 10 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $905 restitution, $292.50 lawyer's fee, $300 fine and costs.
*Brian James Sellers, 19, Charlie Braswell Road, breaking and entering (two counts), 46 days active, six to eight months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $1,343 restitution, $300 fine and costs.

*Valerie Dancy Dupuy, 38, Courtyard Circle, obstruction of officer, 23 days.
*Jose Saloman Lopez, 42, Waldrop Road, Dudley, crime against nature, 23 days active, six to eight months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, 100 hours community service, $500 fine and costs; misdemeanor assault on a female, 60 days suspended and 36 months supervised probation; interference with emergency communication, 60 days suspended, 36 months supervised probation and costs.
