Job fair Wednesday

A job fair will be held Wednesday from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at the National Guard Armory on U.S. 117 south.
The job fair is being sponsored by the Wayne County Department of Social Services, the Workforce Development Council, Wayne Uplift Resource Association, Vocational Rehabilitation Services and JobLink.
Attendees are asked to come dressed for interviews. Employers representing secretarial, clerical, human services, sales, marketing, manufacturing, cosmetology, agriculture, machinery, cashiers and other professions will be present.
A photo ID is required for entry. Transportation can be arranged by calling 736-1374 within the city limits and 734-5005 in the county by noon Tuesday.
