Seymour Johnson personnel not involved in Operation Swarmer

Air Force personnel were patrolling the skies over Iraq on Thursday, but did not see any action during Operation Swarmer.
While the offensive utilized more than 1,500 U.S. military personnel, officials at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base said there was no Air Force involvement in the strike.
Currently, about 500 airmen from Seymour Johnson are deployed to the region.
