Black history artifacts sought

The Goldsboro-Wayne branch of the NAACP will sponsor a black history exhibit at the Wayne County Museum throughout the month of February. Memorabilia and artifacts, including photographs, newspaper clippings, books, clothing or other significant items are being sought for the exhibit.
Items to be loaned to the museum or the NAACP are being accepted through Jan. 27 at the museum. Items may be dropped off between 1-4 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. For more information, call the museum or 919-580-9935.
