These cases have been heard in Mount Olive District Court:
*Carla Ray Seaberry, 42, East Williamson Street, Mount Olive, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 24 hours community service, $50 fine and costs (appealed).
*Kevin James Tadlock, 28, Beautancus Road, Mount Olive, stoplight violation, $10 fine and costs (appealed).
*Jose Luis Hernandez Varela, 20, Dogwood Lane, Mount Olive, no operator's license, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $35 fine and costs.
