The manager of Pure Power ATV shop in Kenly was charged with possession of a weapon of mass destruction after Johnston County Sheriff's deputies searched the business.

"One of our deputies said an informant told him that they had some C-4 explosives" at the store, said Tammy Amaon, a spokesman for the Johnston County Sheriff's Department.
