These cases have been heard in Wayne County Superior Court:

*Comeco M. Wright, 28, Courtyard Circle, forgery, dismissed; uttering, dismissed.

*Raymond Fennell Manley, 39, Shirley Drive, Dudley, larceny (two counts), 15 to 18 months.

*Raymond Larry Bodda, 24, Old Grantham, assault inflicting serious injury, 13 to 16 months.

*Tavoris Lee Kelly, 23, Aycock Street, breaking and entering, 10 to 12 months.

*Ivan Devon Harvey Jr., 21, Rockefeller Court, possession of drugs in prison, seven to nine months.

*Jeffrey Dean Jones, 30, East Station Street, Mount Olive, misdemeanor larceny by trick and misdemeanor larceny, 100 days.

*Perez Donovan McDuffie, 19, Third Street, carrying a concealed weapon, 45 days; possession of stolen goods, 45 days.

*Darris Donrece Kirkman, 24, N.C. 903 South, LaGrange, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, 45 days.

*Tony Curtis Goff, 43, Greystone Drive, misdemeanor sexual battery, six days active, 75 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 100 hours community service, $750 fine and costs.

*Brandon Renard Weeks, 20, South Taylor Street, misdemeanor maintaining a vehicle for the purpose of keeping and selling drugs, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation and costs.

*Arthur Braswell Jr., 39, Rocky Mount, driving while impaired, 60 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, 48 hours community service, $200 fine and costs.

*Edward Michael Summerlin, 44, Institute Road, LaGrange, driving while impaired, dismissed; reckless driving, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $100 fine and costs.

*Bedar Mohamed Othman, 36, Capps Bridge Road, Princeton, unlawful possession of audio recording, $200 fine and costs.

*Said Asmar, 52, Royall Avenue, criminal contempt, $650 fine.

Collisions

Damages were estimated at $15,000 Friday in two multi-vehicle collisions in Goldsboro, police reported.

*Damages were estimated at $9,500 in a four-vehicle, rear-end collision at 2:40 p.m. Friday on North Berkeley Boulevard near Graves Drive, police said. One driver, Sandra P. Foss, 63, of Elllis Drive, was charged with failure to reduce speed. The other three motorists -- Christopher William Coker, 31, of Parkstown Road, LaGrange; Jerry Lamont Waters, 37, of Kinston, and Bobby Davis Braswell, 54, of South Claiborne Street -- had stopped for traffic, the report said.

*Damages were set at $5,500 in a three-car, rear-end crash at 8 a.m. Friday on East Ash Street near Berkeley Boulevard, police said. Two drivers -- Sue May Butts, 84, of Langston Drive and Jamie Gordon Hinson, 31, of East Ash Street -- were charged with failure to reduce speed. Hinson also was charged with driving while his license was revoked. The lead driver, James Franklin Wiggs, 58, of Sixth Street, had stopped for traffic, the report said.

Theft

A cell phone and the registration were stolen between Nov. 27 and Friday from a car in a parking lot at 1202 N. Berkeley Blvd., Goldsboro police said.

The thief had damaged the steering column, console and glove box and then stole the car. The auto was recovered on South Slocumb Street, the report said.

The phone was valued at $250. Damage was set at $500 to the 1988 Ford Crown Victoria, registered to Linda Sellers of Goldsboro.

DWI charge

Natasha Lovet Ward, 31, of Benton Street was charged by Goldsboro police with driving while impaired, child abuse and resisting arrest. She refused a breath-analysis test, the citation said. She was released from custody after signing a written promise to appear in court.

Charges

These people have been charged with crimes by Wayne County sheriff's deputies:

*Ivo Villines, 43, Beaver Drive, Dudley, assault on a female and assault on a child, no bond.

*Shawn Michael Clum, 29, Vail Road, Pikeville, possession of marijuana, drinking while driving and resisting arrest, $5,000 bond.

*Jamie Lynn Champion, 25, Nahunta Road, Pikeville, driving while license revoked, speeding and expired inspection, $600 bond.

These people have been charged with crimes by Goldsboro police:

*Linwood Hardy, 42, Robert Street, larceny (two counts), $2,000 bond.

*Michael Pride, 27, Preacher Henry Road, Faison, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, $1,500 bond.

*Shauna Pride, 26, Preacher Henry Road, Faison, assault on a law-enforcement officer and resisting arrest, $1,500 bond.

*Charles Anthony Oates, 42, Franklin Street, larceny and resisting arrest, $1,200 bond.

*Tramarcus Lashaun Sasser, 29, Harris Street, order for arrest, $1,000 bond.

*Tyrta Pugh, 27, Selma, shoplifting, $1,000 bond.

*Terri R. Chappell, 26, Selma, shoplifting, $1,000 bond.

*Twayna Coley, 25, Brentwood Drive, Dudley, larceny, $500 bond.

*Alonzo Salvador, 17, Sandy Lane, Mount Olive, no operator's license and expired registration, $500 bond.

*Michael Evans, 41, South Leslie Street, larceny, $500 bond.

*Jessica Ellen Robinson, 29, North Jefferson Avenue, failure to carry operator's license and speeding, written promise.
