*Ymainah Vashon Battle, 29, Patton Street, Mount Olive, larceny, 45 days (appealed).
*Ernest Lee Dyson, 39, South Fourth Street, Calypso, larceny, 45 days.
*Fernando Martinez, 21, South Church Street, Mount Olive, driving while impaired, six months suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 72 hours community service, $300 fine and costs.
*Victor Gabriel Matos Ortiz, 29, Woodcrest Drive, no operator's license and improper backing, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $25 interpreter's fee, $75 fine and costs.
*Emmanuel Geovanni Suncin, 17, South Church Street, Mount Olive, disorderly conduct, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $50 fine and costs.
*Susie Head, 46, Zion Church Road, Mount Olive, worthless check, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $45.56 restitution, $25 fine and costs.
