*David Wallace Jones Jr., 36, Elizabeth City, driving while license revoked, 90 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $100 fine and costs.
*Zeltrice Renee Seaberry, 17, Orchard Run Drive, Mount Olive, possession of marijuana, 10 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $35 fine and costs.
*Naeemah Yasmeen Sykes, 29, South Church Street, Mount Olive, possession of marijuana, 15 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $45 fine and costs (appealed).
