*Christine Wade Smith, 50, North Beston Road, LaGrange, communicating threats, mistrial declared and charge dismissed.
*Phillip Joseph Goff, 18, Daw Pate Road, Pikeville, breaking and entering (two counts), six to eight months; breaking and entering, six to eight months.
*Kevin Terrell Barksdale, 16, Lincoln Drive, larceny, 86 days active, six to eight months suspended, 36 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $357.50 lawyer's fee, $2,894.98 restitution and costs,
*Michael Shane Smith, 29, Spring Bank Road, driving while license revoked, 61 days active, 120 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, $100 fine and costs.
*Kevin Michael Newhart, 32, Central Heights Road, forgery, 49 days active, five to six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $260 lawyer's fee, $125 restitution and costs.
*Derrick Anthony Williamson, 38, Robinson Place, possession of stolen goods, 29 days active, eight to 10 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), 50 hours community service, $390 lawyer's fee, $250 restitution and costs.
*Stuart Alexander Hines, 22, East Walnut Street, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, 23 days active, six to eight months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $325 lawyer's fee and costs.
*Antonio Devon Lamm, 18, Wisteria Road, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, 22 days active, 45 days suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 100 hours community service, $260 lawyer's fee, $500 fine and costs.
*Bryant Wayne Cansler, 20, East Main Street, Mount Olive, carrying a concealed weapon, three days active, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $750 fine and costs.
*Edward Earl Walters, 39, Foxcroft Drive, misdemeanor larceny, one day active, 120 days suspended, 24 months unsupervised probation, $100 fine and costs.
*Kenneth R. Sharp, 33, Hines Drive, assault on a female, one day active, 150 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $365.76 restitution and costs.
*Johnathan F. James, 37, Bull Drive, Princeton, communicating threats, 120 days suspended, 60 months unsupervised probation, 150 hours community service, $500 fine and costs; second-degree trespass and communicating threats, not guilty.
*Luis Anavizca, 18, N.C. 55 East, Mount Olive, misdemeanor larceny, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, $5,000 restitution and costs.
*Kevin D. Clark, 19, Devereaux Street, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, 45 days suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 100 hours community service, lawyer's fee to be determined, $900 fine and costs.
*Dewayne Aulton Kester, 55, Lib Drive, Dudley, driving while impaired, 120 days suspended, 18 months supervised probation, $100 fine and costs.
