Wednesday early dismissal day in Wayne

Students in Wayne County Public Schools will be dismissed early on Wednesday in order for teachers to attend staff development workshops.
This is one of ten days set aside in the school calendar for student early dismissal.
Additional minutes have been added to the school day to make up the time missed on the early dismissal days. Students will still receive the same number of instructional hours.
Dismissal times will range from 12:15 to 1:35 p.m. Questions regarding specific dismissal times for each school should be directed to the individual child's school.
