Fugitives sought
from Wake County
Two men who fled from supervised probation in Wake County are being sought by federal and local authorities in Wayne County.
Kenneth Ray Edwards, 28, was wanted on charges of failure to register as a sex offender and a probation violation resulting from a charge of indecent liberties with a child.

Moses
Edwards was described as black, 5-feet-11 and 192 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Swanel Moses, 51, was wanted for a probation violation resulting from a charge of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill while inflicting serious injury.
Moses was described as black, 6-feet-1 and 170 pounds with black hair in dreadlocks and brown eyes.
Edwards and Moses have been seen in Wayne County or Goldsboro and may have contacts in the area, officials said.
Anyone with information on the location of either man was asked to call the U.S. Marshal Service's Fugitive Task Force at 1-919-856-4153, the Wayne County Sheriff's Office at 731-1481 or Goldsboro-Wayne County Crime Stoppers at 735-2255. Callers may remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
Man sought
Williams
A 25-year-old Goldsboro man is wanted on charges of bank robbery in LaGrange and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon in Goldsboro.
Fremandeus Connell Williams of Devereaux Street was described as black, 6-feet-3 and 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Williams also was charged with second-degree kidnapping, possession of a stolen vehicle and conspiracy to commit armed robbery. He has ties to New York and New Jersey.

A woman, LaShonda Marquette Johnson, 25, of Lincoln Street, LaGrange, was arrested Monday and charged with the Sept. 6 robbery of the Wachovia Bank in LaGrange. She also was charged with trafficking in cocaine and possession of a weapon of mass destruction..
Vehicle break-in
An alert Goldsboro police officer saw a man break into a sport utility vehicle Tuesday in the 100 block of North Center Street and arrested the suspect within minutes.
Sgt. Gerry Nance had seen the man riding a bicycle slowly through a parking lot and looking into vehicle windows. After a further investigation, he said he saw the man break into the car.
Nathaniel Wilcox, 32, of North Center Street was arrested and charged with felony breaking and entering and resisting arrest. He was placed in the Wayne County Jail under $10,000 bond.
The SUV, registered to Rodney Bernard Grandy of Dudley, was not damaged.
Kitchen fire
A kitchen fire on Tuesday resulted in about $30,000 in damages to a home at 515 Todd Drive, a Goldsboro fire official said.
Assistant Fire Chief Gary Whaley said the resident was cleaning the stove and accidentally turned it on. No one was injured. Seventeen firefighters responded to the 10:25 a.m. alarm.
Damage was estimated at $15,000 to Malcolm Blackman's home and $15,000 to contents. The home was valued at $151,000 and contents were valued at $100,000, Whaley said.
Drug charges
Two men were arrested Tuesday by the Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Team of the Wayne County Sheriff's Office and charged with drug violations.
Richard Jenkins, 26, of North Carolina Street was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana and maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of keeping and selling marijuana and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He was placed in the Wayne County Jail under $2,500 bond.
Demetrius Jerone Royall, 24, of Sami Street was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of narcotic pain-killers. He was jailed in lieu of a $2,000 secured bond.
Accident
Damages were estimated at $5,300 in a two-vehicle crash on Forest Road near East Ash Street, Goldsboro police said. Paris Lavonte Mosley, 24, of Striding Ridge Road, was charged with failure to reduce speed after the rear-end collision and driving while her license was revoked
Investigations
Wayne County law-enforcement officers are investigating these reports:
*Jewelry, with an estimated value of $2,070, was stolen Tuesday after a door glass was smashed in a home in the 200 block of Sweetwater Drive. Eureka Decarlo Dixon reported the theft of a gold-nugget watch, a gold-nugget bracelet, a black onyx ring and other items. Damage was set at $300.
*Two heaters, a generator, 1,000 feet of wire and two cases of square boxes were stolen between Monday and Tuesday from a storage unit at a construction site at 1601 Wayne Memorial Drive. The property, owned by Peco Electric of Kinston, was valued at $2,450. An air conditioner and a trailer, owned by Daniels and Daniels Construction Co. of Goldsboro, also sustained an estimated $400 in damages, police said.
*Five compact discs, a phone charger and a wallet with personal papers were stolen Tuesday after a rock was thrown through a car window in the Pinewood Square parking lot in the 1000 block of North Spence Avenue. The property, owned by Deborah Kaye Dorsett of Pikeville, was valued at $121. Damage was set at $600.
Robbery charge
A 24-year-old Goldsboro man was arrested Tuesday by Goldsboro police and charged with common-law robbery.
Jamie Antonio Johnson, who did not disclose a home address, was accused of robbing the H&S Beverage and Grocery store on Elm Street on Aug. 23. Johnson turned himself in to police and was placed in the Wayne County Jail under $15,000 secured bond.
