*Herman Jerry Strickland Jr., 34, Party Road, Pikeville, expired registration, 60 days; driving while license revoked, 120 days.
*Felipe DeJesus C. Chaires, 27, Tarheel Pine Drive, driving while license revoked, false information and stop-sign violation, 90 days.
*Cynthia Annette Lee, 39, North Slocumb Street, solicitation for prostitution and possession of drug paraphernalia, 90 days.
*Javon Thomas Young, 23, Seymour Drive, loitering and driving while license revoked, 45 days.
*Anthony Armstrong Butler, 37, East Walnut Street, larceny, (two counts), 10 days.
*Montrail Davis, 29, Beal Street, resisting arrest, 10 days.
*Crystal Jane Grady, 24, Green Drive, shoplifting and larceny, 10 days; reckless driving, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $65 lawyer's fee, $25 fine and costs.
*Shawn Michael Clum, 29, Vail Road, Pikeville, possession of marijuana, carrying a concealed weapon and resisting arrest, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $100 lawyer's fee, $100 fine and costs.
*Jason Daniel Derfler, 26, Smithfield, no operator's license, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $50 fine and costs (appealed).
*Maria Suyapa, 36, School House Branch Lane, Mount Olive, second-degree trespass, 15 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $50 fine and costs.
*Henry Oates, 43, Thunder Swamp Road, Mount Olive, speeding, $65 fine and costs.
*Robert Scott Hinson, 18, West Hill Street, intoxicated and disruptive, 10 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $25 fine and costs.
*Pamela Deneene Boyce, 40, Wilson, larceny and shoplifting, 45 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 24 hours community service, $100 fine and costs.
