*Anthony Scott Watts, 30, Cook Lane, Mount Olive, communicating threats and harassing phone call, 15 days.
*Thomas Mosshammer, 19, East Franklin Street, Mount Olive, no operator's license and hit and run, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 30 hours community service, $50 fine and costs.
*Michael Theriack, 19, Dudley, assault, 30 days suspended, 24 months unsupervised probation and costs (appealed).
