Worker recovering from cave-in

A construction worker who survived the cave-in of a trench in Pikeville was listed in good condition at Pitt Memorial Hospital.
James Mintz is still recovering from the accident that killed a co-worker, Reginald Hough,on June 7.
The accident is being investigated by the state Deptartment of Labor.
The men were working for a Mount Pleasant company that is doing sewer repairs for the town of Pikeville.
