Blacksmith to be featured at Waynesborough

Beginning this weekend, Waynesborough Historical Village will feature a blacksmith at work on the last weekend of each month through August.
On Saturdays and Sundays from 1 to 5 p.m., Kirt Jarrett will be crafting items such as shepherd's hooks, stakes and horseshoe puzzles in the village's blacksmith shop.
Waynesborough's first big event of the summer will be Diversity Day, taking place Saturday June 4 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The village's next event, Summerfest will take place July 9-10.
