These cases have been heard in Wayne County Superior Court:
*Jose Manuel Diaz, 27, Timothy Street, Dudley, trafficking in cocaine, 70 to 84 months active and $100,000 fine (appealed); maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of keeping and selling cocaine, six to eight months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $2,015 lawyer's fee and costs (appealed); conspiracy to traffic in cocaine, dismissed.
*Brock Anthony Ham, 30, Mill Dam Lane, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, 80 to 105 months (habitual felon).
*Michael Christopher Fields, 19, Third Street, fleeing to elude arrest and vehicle larceny, 10 to 12 months; breaking and entering of a vehicle (four counts), 10 to 12 months; breaking and entering of vehicle (three counts) and first-degree burglary, 10 to 12 months.
*Monique Gardner, 36, Wilmington, forgery (two counts), four to six months.
*Leonardo Rodriguez Orgas, 25, Farmville, fleeing to elude arrest, four to five months.
*Nickolas Vereene McIntyre, 21, East Franklin Street, Mount Olive, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, 92 days active, 20 to 33 months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $162.50 lawyer's fee, $55.16 restitution, $200 fine and costs.
*Katherine S. Heath, 20, Central Heights Road, obtaining property by false pretense, 75 days active, eight to 10 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $227.50 lawyer's fee, $223.60 restitution and costs.
*Marvin Devaughn Spells, 52, South Goldsboro Street, Fremont, assault, misdemeanor larceny and second-degree trespass, 53 days.
*Lacosta Shabass Lewis, 20, Brentwood Drive, Dudley, breaking and entering of a vehicle (six counts), 49 days active, five to six months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $715 lawyer's fee, $210 restitution, $550 fine and costs; breaking and entering of a vehicle (five counts), five to six months suspended and 36 months supervised probation.
*Brianne Leigh Craft, 23, Maple Street, misdemeanor larceny, 45 days.
*Donnell Luwellyn Williams, 24, Audubon Avenue, misdemeanor larceny, 44 days.
*Brandon Conrad Billups, 19, Southern Drive, Dudley, misdemeanor larceny, 31 days active, 45 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $390 lawyer's fee, $225 restitution, $100 fine and costs.
*Devon Ahmad Swain, 18, West Chestnut Street, misdemeanor larceny, 19 days.
*Wayne Denton, 35, Nahunta Road, resisting arrest, 16 days.
*Emanuel Thadger Johnson, 27, South Kornegay Street, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine (two counts), nine days active, six to eight months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $390 lawyer's fee, $300 fine and costs.
*Antwain Marque Grantham, 19, Diamond Court LaGrange, misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun, 10 days active, 75 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $100 fine and costs.
*Corey Desean Lewis, 22, Norwayne School Road, Fremont, possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine, 10 days active, 10 to 12 months suspended, 36 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), 50 hours community service, $929.50 lawyer's fee and costs.
*Michael Shayne Lee, 29, Rose Street, possession with intent to sell and deliver controlled substance, four days active, three to four months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $637 lawyer's fee, $150 fine and costs.
*Pamela Dianne Davis, 47, Party Road, Pikeville, forgery (two counts), one day active, six to eight months suspended, 18 months supervised probation, $330 restitution and costs.
*Bonnie Katrina Howell, 49, Hood Swamp Road, misdemeanor larceny, one day active, 45 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $7,298.06 restitution and costs.
*Donald Hayes, 23, Ditchbank Road, misdemeanor larceny and carrying a concealed weapon, one day active, 45 days suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $520 lawyer's fee and costs.
*Anthony Alberto G. Medrano, 26, Raleigh, attempted larceny, three to four months suspended, 18 months supervised probation, $150 fine and costs.
*Danielle Bartika Hagans, 27, Hopkins Street, forgery (eight counts), five to six months suspended, 36 months supervised probation, $325 lawyer's fee, $3,100 restitution, $400 fine and costs.
*Brienna S. Melvin, 18, Bartlett Road, Pikeville, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, 45 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $300 restitution and costs (waived).
