Mount Olive College's Rendall makes presentation

MOUNT OLIVE -- David Rendall, assistant professor of management and organizational development at Mount Olive College, recently presented a session at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside's Nonprofit Institute.
He spoke about the topic of social enterprise, which is a revenue generation strategy for nonprofits.
His work was also recently published in the monthly edition of the Christian Management Report, a publication of the Christian Management Association. His article, which was co-authored with Michael Lowstetter, was titled "An Enterprising Ministry: How Business Enterprises Can Help Fund Your Mission."
This month, Rendall will present an all-day session in Fayetteville at Duke University's Nonprofit Management Certificate Program. His topic, "Generating New Sources of Revenue," deals with social enterprise and revenue strategy.

Rendall earned his bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Judson College, his master of science degree in counseling psychology from the University of Wisconsin, and his doctor of management degree from the University of Phoenix.
Rendall has previously served as vice president of programs for Shepherds Ministries, and as an adjunct faculty member for Judson College and the University of Phoenix. He and his wife, Stephanie, reside in Goldsboro with their two daughters.
