Alpha Phi Alpha banquet Saturday

Rep. Larry Bell will be the guest speaker at the 40th anniversary banquet of Theta Omicron Lambda Chamber of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. on Saturday at Lane Tree Country Club.
During the event, the chapter will honor and recognize eight charter members, P.A. Best, Leslie Brinson, O.R. Stovall, Jr. and Earl Whitted Jr. Deceased members to be honored are Patrick M. Best, William Reinhaardt, David Wayman and William West.
The banquet begins at 6 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
