ECU will hold programs for nonprofits

GREENVILLE -- The Division of Continuing Studies at East Carolina University will offer new programs for those in the nonprofit field. The spring series includes the following:
*A Meeting With Funders -- Feb. 16, 12:30 - 4:00 p.m., $19 to the public by Feb. 1 and $39 after Feb. 1; free to grant writing program participants, Murphy Center, East Carolina University. Lunch will be provided.
*The Grant Manager -- March 5, 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m., $129 by Feb. 18; $149 after Feb. 18, Willis Building, East Carolina University. Lunch, refreshments, and handout materials will be provided.
*The Three R's of Volunteer Management: Recruitment, Retention, and Recognition -- March 18, 9 a.m.-3 p.m., $99 by March 4, $129 after March 4, Willis Building, East Carolina University. Lunch, refreshments, and handout materials will be provided.
*Program Development and Grants Administration -- April 9, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m., $129 by March 25, $149 after March 25, City Hotel and Bistro, Greenville. Lunch, refreshments, and handout materials will be provided.
*Law for Nonprofits -- May 14, 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m., $99 by April 29, $129 after April 29, Willis Building, East Carolina University. Lunch, refreshments, and handout materials will be provided.
