Investigations

Wayne County Sheriff's deputies are investigating these reports:

*Damages were reported Friday after the back of a vehicle window was knocked out and the side of the vehicle was kicked at Mobile Circle. The owner and victim, Brenda Lee Harrell of the 900 block of Edward Store Road in Mount Olive, estimated the damages at $2,700.

*A stereo receiver and gold watch were reported stolen Friday after the front door was pried open at a residence in the 100 block of Lib Drive in Dudley. The owner and resident, William Rodney Colvin, estimated the property's value at $800.

*Clothes, ammunition and a mobile home door were reported stolen Friday after a back trailer door was ripped open in the 200 block of Doug Drive in Dudley. The owner and resident, James Thomas Laws Jr., esimated the property's value at $305.

Goldsboro police are investigating these reports:

*Playstations, currency, DVDs, Playstation games, earrings, rings and a camcorder were reported stolen Friday after the back door of a residence was forced open in the 800 block of Pineview Avenue. The owner and resident, Natasha D. Boudy, estimated the property's value at $2,150 and $50 in damages to the door glass.

*A handgun and video games were reported stolen Saturday after the front door of a residence was forced open in the 600 block of Slaughter Street. The owner and resident, Roderick Miles Davis, estimated the property's value at $180 and $50 damage to the wooden door frame.

Wreck

*One person was injured in a two-car collision Friday on Spence Avenue. A vehicle driven by Michelle Marie Borgersrode of York Drive and a vehicle driven by Percy Lee Graham Jr. of Miller Avenue were traveling north on Spence Avenue. Graham was going straight ahead and stopped to let a car out of the Sprint PCS PVA and Ms. Borgersrode did not see Graham's vehicle slowing down and they collided. Ms. Borgersrode was charged with failure to reduce speed. The total estimated damages were $400. Percy Lee Graham Sr. of Crawford Street was transported to Wayne Memorial Hospital by Wayne County EMS where he was treated and released.
