*Ashley N. Johnson, 16, Quail Drive, Goldsboro, communicating threats, 45 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $35 fine and costs.
*Jordan Blake McPhail, 19, West Main Street, Mount Olive, inspection violation and possession of drug paraphernalia, 45 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $50 fine and costs (appealed); possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana, 45 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $85 fine and costs (appealed).
*Shannon Lane Patin, 16, West Station Street, Mount Olive, affray, five days suspended, six months unsupervised probation and costs.
*Rickie Usher, 32, Oliver Street, Mount Olive, assault on a female, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $40 fine and costs.
