Ticket for the Taste of Wayne available one more day

For those who forgot to purchase their tickets to the annual Taste of Wayne County, last-minute ticket sales will be available Tuesday at Grounds For Expression from noon to 6 p.m. and Seymour Johnson Air Force Base's outdoor recreation center from noon to 5 p.m. They are $10 each. Those without a ticket will not be allowed on base.
The Taste will be held Tuesday from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at the Seymour Johnson Officers' Club with more than 30 local restaurants and food vendors participating. Parking for the event will be in the soccer field across the street from the Officers' Club. In case of rain, alternate parking will be available and buses will shuttle those attending to and from the club.
