More than 300 instructor-facilitated courses are available on-line through Wayne Community College Continuing Education, with a new six-week session starting Aug. 18.

A wide range of topics are available: computers, from basic computer literacy to programming and networking; professional development; business skills; personal and family enrichment; test preparation for SAT, GRE, LSAT and more; certification preparation; academic areas like math, literature and history; and more.

"Not only can you learn whenever and wherever you want, but with this variety and price, there is nothing to keep you from learning whatever you want," said James Ragan, coordinator of online courses for the continuing education division. "You can be anywhere in the world and take Wayne Community College classes."
