*Andy Ray Evans, 22, Country View Lane, misdemeanor larceny, 75 days.
*David Edward Smith, 45, J.W. Road, Pikeville, obtaining property by false pretense, 46 days active, seven to nine months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (three months intensive probation, $364 restitution and costs.
*Corey Amos Harris, 17, West Lockhaven Drive, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, eight days active, six to eight months suspended, 24 months supervised probation and costs.
*Christopher Earl Warner, 23, Bridgers Road, Princeton, attempt to obtain controlled substance by fraud, one day active, five to six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 75 hours community service, $300 lawyer's fee, $500 fine and costs.
*James Daniel Pittman, 41, Falcon Drive, Pikeville, misdemeanor maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of keeping and selling drugs, one day active, 45 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, $300 lawyer's fee, $500 fine and costs.
*Brooks Elvin Hunter Jr., 25, Rudolph Street, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, one day active, 120 days suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 100 hours community service, $400 lawyer's fee, $750 fine and costs.
*Larry Connell Beamon Jr., 24, North Taylor Street, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, one day active, 15 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, $250 fine and costs.
*Anthony Ray Arnold, 17, Blaire Lane, possession of stolen goods, five to six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 100 hours community service, $350 lawyer's fee, $1,768.02 restitution and costs.
