*James Matthew Kitchen, 28, Bennett Road, larceny, 80 to 105 months (habitual felon).
*Sean Michael Fowler, 24, Vail Road, Pikeville, child abuse inflicting serious injury, 30 to 45 months.
*David Lee West, 37, Woods Drive, Dudley, habitual driving while impaired, 13 to 16 months.
*Corey Dwayne Johnson, 23, Ream Street, breaking and entering, five to six months.
*Ernest William Bullock IV, 28, Courtyard Circle, driving while license revoked, 120 days.
*Fletcher Walter Williams Jr., 27, Elizabeth Street, Mount Olive, misdemeanor assault with a deadly weapon, 75 days; injury to personal property, 45 days suspended, 18 months supervised probation, 75 hours community service, $550 lawyer's fee, $914 restitution, $500 fine and costs.
*Gwendolyne Reid Gillespie, 48, South Sycamore Street, Fremont, fraudulently setting fire to a home and burning personal property, 40 days active, five to six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation and costs.
*Rossie Lee Coley, 28, Brentwood Drive, Dudley, fleeing to elude arrest, 30 days active, seven to nine months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), 150 hours community service, $1,000 fine and costs.
*Jimmy Tyrone Graham, 35, Pecan Road, Dudley, possession of a concealed firearm, 30 days active, six to eight months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $500 fine and costs.
*Zacchaues Demetrius Cobb, 34, East Pine Street, possession of stolen goods, 30 days active, eight to 10 months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 100 hours community service, $750 fine and costs.
*James S. Cook, 17, Ream Street, breaking and entering, four days active, five to six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, 100 hours community service, $2,515 restitution and costs.
*Jerome Anthony Williams, 50, Broughton Lane, LaGrange, misdemeanor speeding to elude arrest, 30 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 50 hours community service, $500 fine and costs.
*Kimberly Carol Pennington, 34, Betty Drive, assault by pointing a gun and breaking and-or entering, 30 days suspended, 12 months unsupervised probation, $250 fine and costs.
