Fair Housing Conference
A conference will be held this week to help landlords, tenants and first-time home buyers.
The Goldsboro Police Department, the city Community Affairs Office and the Goldsboro Housing Authority will sponsor the conference Thursday, April 22, at Herman Park Center, 901 E. Ash St., from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Topics to be discussed: "Landlord and Tenant Rights and Responsibilities," "Steering and Avoiding Tenancy Problems," "Fair Housing" and "What to Do As a First Time Home Buyer."
