*David Andrew Tilghman, 38, Aycock Street, embezzlement, not guilty; larceny by an employee, dismissed.
*Paul Dudley Fowler, 22, Cameron Street, Calypso, common-law robbery and forgery, 13 to 16 months.
*Shawnta Antonio Melvin, 23, South Herman Street, driving while impaired, 90 days; driving while license revoked, 120 days; hit and run, 120 days.
*Guy Phil Johnson II, 28, Warren Street, forgery (two counts), 90 days active, five to six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation) and costs; forgery, five to six months suspended and 24 months supervised probation.
*Chadwick Matthew Scogin, 28, Squire Street, possession with intent to sell and deliver Diazepam, 43 days active, five to six months suspended, 24 months supervised probation, $162 lawyer's fee, $100 fine and costs.
*Charlene Gay Moyers, 39, McCullen Lane, Dudley, driving while impaired, 14 days active, six months suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 32 hours community service, $200 fine and costs.
*Gerald Yelverton, 24, South Slocumb Street, driving while license revoked, nine days active, 120 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 32 hours community service, $100 fine and costs.
*Bobby Ellis, 43, Slocumb Street, second-degree trespass, eight days.
*Tokisha Sampson, 30, West Seymour Drive, shoplifting, four days active, 20 days suspended, 12 months supervised probation, 16 hours community service and costs.
*Calvin Levon Williams, 24, Garner Court, Mount Olive, possession of cocaine, two days active, four to five months suspended, 24 months supervised probation (six months intensive probation), $195 lawyer's fee, $100 fine and costs.
*Michael David Yancey, 42, Bentonville Road, Mount Olive, inspection violation, $350 fine and costs.
*Bradley Jordan Capps, 21, McArthur Pond Road, Mount Olive, under-age possession of alcohol, costs.
