Dealing with difficult people seminar set

The Business and Industry Center of Wayne Community College will offer the free seminar "Dealing With Difficult Situations" on Monday, April 19, from 2-5 p.m. in Room 145 of the Dogwood Building on campus. Call 735-5151, ext. 334, to pre-register by April 15.
This fast-paced seminar, presented by Louise Knox, shows how to handle situations before they drain your energy and waste your time.
She will teach how to identify a difficult person, avoid difficult situations, use a powerful communication method, deal with an angry person, use assertive techniques, handle manipulators and maintain the right attitude.
